Favorite Beach Retreats and Places

Today I just want to indulge you in a few photos of beach places and retreats that are just absolutely stunning.A “feast for the senses”, so to speak.

The Ultimate Relaxation

I believe this to be a pool, unfortunately I have no idea where it is, otherwise I would try to get there! 😉

This is Mykonos in Greece. The colors are magnificent. The cobblestones with the whitewashed grout inbetween, the white rendered houses with the blue window frames and the blue water make for an amazing beach theme! So here is a tip: Different shades of blue in your home decor accents and white washed furniture and walls will definitely give you an overall beach feel in your home!

I don’t know where this place is, but it just looks to me like it could be in Greece, too. Maybe Mykonos, maybe Santorini? I think Santorini, after googling “Santorini” and checking out the images… Again you have the blues and whites. Isn’t this totally romantic?

Now this is a great idea, isn’t it? Mind you, you would not want to have to do this yourself…. It looks very romantic, but I am not so sure whether it would be that comfortable…. but just to look at it feels great!

This one is a cave in Santorini – it actually belongs to a Santorini Cave Hotel, you should have a look at it, it’s just astounding and absolutely gorgeous.
