Wishing You A Beachy Christmas And A Sandy New Year!

It’s half past 12 at night here in Perth, Australia, on Christmas Day – and I am about to hit my bed! I was just still wrapping presents and putting them under our Christmas Tree. But I have not had time to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, so I thought I better do it late than not at all!

Beach ChristmasThese are my two children – I so wanted to take a special photo with them for Christmas to send to all my family and friends, wishing them a Merry Christmas, and this is what I came up with! First they were a bit reluctant, but once they were in they found it quite funny, especially because they had to be really careful with the presents, they weren’t allowed to get wet because we have to give them to our friends!

Here is a photo of our Christmas Tree (before the onslaught tomorrow morning – I always take a picture after “Santa” has done his work and before the kids come….) – and sadly, mine has not been decorated in the beach theme! 🙁 But it still looks quite festive, I think. A lot of the decorations are home made by the kids which is always cute.

Christmas TreeAnyway, I wish you with all my heart a wonderful Christmas with some beach cheer, and I hope the New Year will bring much joy and leisure time at this very special place to be – The Beach! Stay safe, and do stop sometimes and “smell the beach” (not the roses 😉 ) – it will for sure lift your spirits.

Have a blessed Christmas Season and I will see you all back in the New Year! And please, feel free to join me on Facebook, or Google Plus or Pinterest if you haven’t already – I would love to connect with you there!
